Kwan Lam is a prominent latte artist from Hong Kong, recognised for his participation in various latte art championships, including being a finalist in the 2022 Hong Kong Latte Art Championship and securing 1st runner-up in the 2021 Hong Kong Latte Art Championship. With his success in the coffee industry, Kwan Jai, as he is commonly known, aims to establish his own brand and studio focused on latte art. He plans to offer customised jugs and private lessons.
To build his brand identity, Yancho captured the flow of milk in his designs while incorporating a traditional Chinese style of line art, adding an element of Asian cultural heritage. The letters 'KJ' are derived from his artist name, Kwan Jai, which is how he is widely recognised.
